Part of my Bank Notes collection
A colleague came back from vacation and gave me this as pasalubong! I know it’s just of small value but it made me really happy. My friends always makes fun of my ‘mukhang pera’ attitude (because I always ask them for bank notes whenever they are travelling or if they knew someone from this or that country). Is it bad?

Notice the new pink and heart theme?

I won it from Georyl’s Christmas Giveaway, courtesy of Sheryl!
I especially requested for my collections to be just a click away (on the sidebar) and something pink.
Lovin’ everything about it. Thanks She!

I’m not sure if she is doing the blog make over for a fee but I am also curious. Let’s visit her blogs and ask her.

These are my souvenirs from my SG trip in 2009
Singapore 2 Dollars

Singapore 5 Dollars

Singapore 10 Dollars

Singapore 50 Dollars

There are two kinds of banknotes out in Singapore , the paper (old) and polymer (new). I’m missing the denominations SGD 20, 100, 500, 1000 and 10000. But I guess I’ll just have to get SGD 20 and 100 because the higher denominations are way too expensive (unless someone would give it to me).
Exchange Rate
1 USD = 1.274 SGD
1 SGD = 33.998 PHP
I bet only a few saw these 1949 ten and twenty centavos in bank notes! I got those from a favorite uncle who also collects bank notes and coins.
Actual size is smaller, 9.5cm x 4.7cm
